~ High Noon Friday ~

Hign Noon on a Friday! Means something to many people here in London in the know. High noon is the name given to a particular meeting in my fellowship.

I had not been to high noon for ages. It felt right to go be with fellows in my fellowship, I had felt quite good anyway and seeing people who can express their situations helps me with mine.

Be with and being with a bunch of people, who drink tea and coffee, talk about the day, common experiences and common living, its quite an unatural thing to do, where the Town is busy with get go, get money, consume and go home.

Sitting and formal, an informal discourse on how to be happy, how to experience the day, how to make it to its conclusion, with a clear head and a peaceful outlook.

We work at this a day at a time in my fellowship, and for the most of us who indulge our time, we make great strides to peace, good living and success, through talk and listening.

Just an hour here and there, where we share our experience, strength and hope, making good our own life and helping those around us.

High Noon was brilliant, the sun shone, the fellows were bright with real life, good and less good, ideas and opportunity, sharing, accepting and keying into life.
