~ I don't like monday's ~

I do like Mondays, in fact most days are neither to like or dislike. Today has as much promise as I have.

I’ve already been for blood tests, the results will be part of my health check on Friday. And I’ve seen my GP to update on the latest developments from the hospital and other services who help to keep me on track.

Today is also an introduction of a new person to my fellowship. A place where all torments are eased with a little support a day at a time. A day at a time!

Its been fun so far today, altho’ busy out to Chelsea, then Fulham, then Chelsea again and now up in Kensington. And back down to Gloucester road for our lunchtime meeting.

When I get up these days after whatever rest I get, I have developed some rituals. Simple easy ones to help me with my day. So simple some might wonder why do them?

How to sort my feelings out is first routine of the day. I don’t know why, it might be a bad night sleeping or dreams which don’t add up. So simple I ask myself how am I feeling? Why? What can I do about it.

Simply asking this as a ritual every morning and actually responding to myself first gives me a better clue to how my day will be!

how am I feeling

why

what can I do

have a go and ask yourself right now…
