~ adversity ~

"Do not become discouraged in the face of adversity. Understand that the bigger the heart, the bigger the obstacles we are asked to accomodate."

We do well to remind ourselves of endeavour and where it might take us. Sometimes we can be so 'dogged', we carry on long after anyone else would have given up. We need to measure our response to adversity and be smart.

When we are faced with adversity, be mindful of what we are attempting, blind and unswerving tenacity can harm more than serve good purpose. Adversity and no hope might make us change direction, adversity is something we need, but not die of. Care always in our feelings and determination, be determined and resolute, not a martyr to a cause without merit.
