How true. And how true we find argument we our own truth and others truth. We see in our world how hard we fight and determine we live to truth we know. Some thousands of years ago, a man walks across a desert not far away in mind from any who walk this earth. He was convinced he had the right ideas about life and how to live in harmony with every other being on this planet.

He had no book or writing skills to set down his views on living. He was good at convincing others to his point of view. Most others who had nothing to lose. And all those who worried about his truth would see him dead, for his truth was useless to them. If they believed in what he said, they could never hold their power over so many. They could not be Kings and leaders on this earth. The man who worried them so, they made him out a fool and named him the Son of God. For if they gave him that mantle, then everyone would see him die as any other, a fool and never rise from the dead to help the living. And his ideas of equality and sharing everything would be lost to time. And when his ideas were made foolish as the Son of God, then people would forget him and the power would stay with those who were born to be Kings and Leaders and nothing would change.

And so we have an ugly truth that Jesus never proclaimed he was Son of God, it was his enemies who named him so, and in his death his stupid ideas of equality would turn to dust. But the Kings were wrong for people believed in the ideas of equality for all and sharing everything. And they made Jesus the Son of God, murdered by the establishment who kept people in slavery and generally fucked up the world.

And like all the best rumours we superstitious people have, Jesus turned out to be real and came back to haunt everyone. But at the same time those in power saw there was good in this, so started to convert the ideas of God and keeping faith in death, it made it easier to keep people in their place. So they hired a load of priests to write a few words in a book. And the book became law. The law of God, from Jesus and his disciples. And like all good stories told, people had to use their imagination to fill in gaps they forgot, and parts which got lost as books tended to wear out. And new people who liked the stories made them fresh in writing them again. And the book became a law book for living in pain and pleasure through life. A book of wisdom to understand right and wrong, why some people have lots of things and some people have none. And then as time went by and Kings saw the power of believing in the principles, it seemed right to make everything official and make the world safer with a law book. A text of living, a bible of how to make life work. And if it does not work, then you can always go to heaven, if you accept the truth of living today.

All went well, until people got smarter and thought what a load of fucking bollocks that is, so fought against it. But they were careful, for they had to be wise enough and sure enough that if they screwed up, then God if he did exist would still let them into heaven. So most people kept on believing. They just rewrote the book to suit themselves, and then told everyone this was the official version of the bible.

All truth you know. So when someone tells you its true, of course it is. For they are living their truth and belief. And it suits them. And their bible of words supports the stories handed down over the centuries so people in power have their power and those who have nothing can know they are safe and can go to heaven when a miserable life is over, and God will look after them.

I don’t disbelieve the God part. I just don’t believe those who use their views to let millions starve and make war because the have God on their side. Fucking hypocrites. Anyway you see my problem, God never made a war, man does. God never told a leader to keep all the food and property for his family and let everyone else live in shit. God never said it was ok to go round the world telling millions that one form of democracy is right and everything else is from Satan. And God never said a word, did he? No he never did.

Some arsehole like Bush stands up on a podium and makes God his ally. Blair says he knows he can be judged by God.

Well here is my judgment Bush and Blair, you are both liars and cheats, and you may believe in God. You are still misguided and useless murdering scum.

Don’t feel too harshly about me, I don’t think any worse of you than others in history, so driven by your truth you will let others fight your battles, while you sit in pomp and make argument for truth, just your version. And you sit coy in you sanctimony and await judgment day by something bigger than you. Well just so you know history is bigger than you already and you are judged guilty.

And for the Religious clerics who make war. You make war on your own. And in your truth and views, made good by your judgment, you condemn so many to death for your belief and your glory.

The common man in this world looks to make a living, as best they can. We like to live in harmony. We like to believe what we do, when belief is there and supports a world where we all share according to what is available. The greed in those who seek through control of people and ideas, to shift the blame of tragedy to God, they are deluded.

Those who start and maintain war, do so for human reasons. Truth is we are a vengeful lot, open to corruption, holding on to hate and love in equal measure.

If some nice bloke a couple thousand years ago went into a rage and shouted, share out the resources you bloody bastard Kings and leaders, no wonder people admired him and he became a saint, a prophet and Son of God. Most of us are too frightened to challenge authority and face being crucified, or we are mad enough to do it. And if there is a God, which I do believe there may be, he's probably given up and moved on to something more interesting by now. But if there is a loving God, then even if we get it wrong, tortured and killed before our natural time, we can go to heaven anyway.

Sometimes the truth stinks like shit. We best be aware that if something smells like shit it probably is. When someone has more than we do, they have, that it feels unfair, it is, that people do desperate things, they do, that leaders believe in their truth, they will and they fuck you and me.

Until we start to find a universal truth we are all likely to relive wars and famine over and over and keep on blaming them on others and God, whoever they are. Because the truth hurts more than life itself. As long as its not our life we can usually square our conscience with God. Pity we cannot do the same with our neighbour don’t you think?

One truth I know for sure, I am not God, merely an equal citizen of the world, no bigger smaller or wiser than anyone else. I would say that wouldn’t I? Of course I would.
